Bio

Bryan Caskey has practiced law in South Carolina for 17 years. He assists buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, and represents individuals in civil, domestic and real estate litigation.

In his litigation practice, Bryan handles a wide variety of family court issues, including divorce, alimony, child custody, child support and equitable division. He also has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in real estate litigation, such as landlord/tenant disputes, breach-of-contract claims, mechanics’ lien actions and other civil litigation.

Bryan also assists buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He helps clients with all aspects of buying and selling real estate in South Carolina, from the initial drafting of purchase contracts through closing, to ensure smooth and orderly real estate transactions.

Bryan grew up in Columbia, and is married to Mary McFarland Caskey. They have a son, Henry, and a daughter, Molly. They are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Columbia and active in the community. Bryan is a state officer of the South Carolina Sons of the American Revolution, and as an Eagle Scout, is an adult advisor for Troop 10 at Eastminster Presbyterian Church. In his free time he enjoys sporting clays, reading, travel, and Gamecock athletics.
