Bio

Jimmy Knight was admitted to the Bar in 1973. He served in the United States Army Reserve from 1970 through 1976, acting in the Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He is a past president for the Palmetto Land Title Association, and is a two-time delegate from the State of South Carolina to the American Land Title Association National Convention.

Since 1974, Jimmy’s practice has focused solely on transactional commercial and residential real estate, including handling all matters related to transactional real estate. That includes contracts, options, leases, the review and negotiation of commercial loan documents, 1031 Exchanges, title insurance, title and survey examination and opinions of title.
